2020 Festival Cancelled due to COVID-19
2021 event date will be Sat., March 27, 2021
The 25th Annual Grand Kids Festival, scheduled for April 4, 2020 has been cancelled due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). The city of Galveston, as a precautionary measure, will not be permitting any events through the end of May that have the potential of 250 attendees or more. We take the safety of our Festival patrons, volunteers and staff very seriously.
This decision has not come lightly. We look forward to celebrating our 25th Anniversary on Saturday, March 27, 2021. Please contact Festival Coordinator Sarah Piel, or Executive Director Maureen M. Patton via email or phone with any comments or questions.
Wishing you health and safety,
Maureen M. Patton
